Kaizen has built its service offering on strict quality principles. Not only do we adhere to strict quality standards and insist that our partners do the same, we have also been providing quality standard implementation and auditing for other organisations for over 8 years. We therefore understand quality implicitly.
Our experience in quality both through the delivery of our core services and in helping other organisations build their quality systems, is borne out in our company name and its philosophy in following the Japanese principle of Kaizen. Kaizen is a Japanese concept referring to activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all members of the organisation or team.

With Kaizen embedded into our companies culture we adhere to quality standards to show that we practice what we preach. We are externally evaluated against these standards and committed to ensure compliance and our own continuous improvement.

Kaizen Bioservices is a proud member of the SME Climate Hub, a global initiative that empowers small to medium sized companies to take climate action and build more resilient businesses. Through the SME Climate Hub, we commit to lowering our impact on the environment through authentic action, halving our emissions by 2030. In making the commitment, we have joined the United Nations Race to Zero campaign.
