Quantification and normalisation
Our main aim is to provide our clients with high quality DNA and RNA that meets their yield and concentration requirements and as a result detailed DNA/ RNA yield, concentration and quality measures are provided for each extracted sample. Once quantified we can normalise samples to the specification required for downstream analysis including provision of specific labware.
